Curriculum and exam alignment

Skill Align Exam Packs and Pack 0 showcases are independently prepared practice-exam resources. They are not official examination papers, official past papers, or assessment-authority publications.

Skill Align is independently prepared and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any education authority, examination body, school, or institution.

Curricula, prescribed texts, examination specifications, permitted materials, assessment conditions, and marking conventions may change. Users should confirm current requirements with the relevant official education or assessment authority and should not treat a Skill Align pack as a statement of future examination content.

Purchaser, parent, and student responsibility

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing the selected Exam Pack state, course, edition, and pack number before payment and for deciding whether the material is suitable for the intended learner. This responsibility does not limit any non-excludable rights relating to an incorrect, faulty, or materially misdescribed product.

Parents remain responsible for supervising child access, deciding how Online Practice is used, reviewing subscription choices, and determining whether platform material is suitable for the learner.

Students remain responsible for their own responses, study habits, and submission of any school or exam work.

Teacher-review access is provided for approved review purposes only. Any other access expressly granted by Skill Align is limited to the scope, period, and conditions shown for that grant.

Availability and technical limits

Skill Align may prospectively change, suspend, limit, or remove content, product features, pathways, training programs, subscriptions, or Exam Packs that are available for future access or purchase. This includes changes to teacher-review grants, student-login features, available subjects, supported year levels, and future Exam Pack editions. These changes do not remove any existing licence or non-excludable right applying to an Exam Pack already purchased and supplied.

The platform may experience outages, delays, or performance issues, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Third-party services

Skill Align may rely on third-party services for hosting, identity, payments, analytics, email delivery, or related infrastructure.

JD Align Pty Ltd is not responsible for losses caused solely by the separate acts, interruptions, or policies of those third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law. If a confirmed Exam Pack order is delayed or not delivered, contact Skill Align so the order can be investigated and resent or otherwise remedied as appropriate.

No waiver of consumer rights

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including rights that may arise under Australian consumer protection legislation.
