Coverage: Operations, Marketing, Finance and Human resources across eighteen substantive learning chapters, with complete evidence, calculation, explanation, evaluation and business communication.
Format: Constructed teaching cases, separately attributed actual-business and dispute records, supplied graphs and analytical matrices, additional worked examples and separate indicative responses, criteria and feedback. Actual investigations require permitted research and individual evidence.
Eighteen independent sample activities cover every paid topic chapter, with eighteen additional solved examples. This gives representative breadth rather than complete mastery or full-resource depth.
Materials and format: Use the complete supplied records and stated formulae/assumptions for untimed study.
